About Next Phase Health
Next Phase Health provides telehealth healthcare services delivered by an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner. Our services include women's health, menopause care, weight management, health coaching, health education and related healthcare services.

Telehealth Services
Consultations are conducted via secure telehealth technology. While telehealth is appropriate for many health concerns, there may be circumstances where a face-to-face examination or referral to another healthcare provider is recommended. If your condition cannot be safely assessed or managed via telehealth, you will be advised of the most appropriate next steps.
Appointments
Appointments may be booked online through our secure booking system.
By making an appointment, you agree to:

attend your scheduled appointment on time
notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule
Telehealth appointments require access to a suitable internet connection and a private location.
Fees and Payment
Consultation fees are displayed on our website and booking system. Payment is due at the time of consultation unless otherwise arranged. Where eligible, Medicare rebates may apply for selected Nurse Practitioner services. Patients remain responsible for any gap payment or fees not covered by Medicare.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
Prescriptions and Referrals
Where clinically appropriate, prescriptions, pathology requests, imaging requests and specialist referrals may be provided during your consultation.
Next Phase Health is not a prescription-only or referral-only service. Every consultation involves an individual clinical assessment conducted by an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner. Prescriptions, referrals and investigations will only be provided where they are considered clinically appropriate following a thorough assessment.
Assessments may be completed via secure telehealth (video or telephone consultation), depending on the clinical circumstances. In some cases, a face-to-face examination or referral to another healthcare provider may be required before treatment can be safely recommended.
In accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) Professional Standards and AHPRA requirements, healthcare practitioners must undertake an appropriate clinical assessment before prescribing medications, ordering investigations or issuing referrals.
Booking an appointment through our telehealth service does not guarantee that a prescription, referral, pathology request or imaging request will be provided. All clinical decisions remain at the sole professional discretion of the treating Nurse Practitioner and are made in the best interests of the patient's health and safety.
Health Coaching and Education
Health coaching and educational resources are designed to support healthy lifestyle changes. These services are not intended to replace medical assessment or treatment. Participants remain responsible for decisions regarding their own healthcare

Your privacy is important to us. Collection, storage and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
